Are you working in the building trades? Are you looking to gain knowledge of how electrical installations in homes can affect the building construction as well as how to comply with relevant regulations, do you fit kitchen’s, conservatory’s, bathroom’s, solar panels, If so our 4 day combination course maybe for you, it consists of the following minimum requirements for acceptance on to a competent persons scheme :-

City & Guilds 2382-15 17th Edition wiring regulations (latest revision 3)
3 1/2 Days (Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday Friday)
City & Guilds 2393-10 Part P 2393-10 City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in the Building Regulations for Electrical Installations in Dwellings (theory)
1 Day (Friday)

Once both parts of this weeks course have been completed the individual can apply to ELECSA, NAPIT, NIC (other schemes are available) to join their “Competent persons scheme” and it is being accepted on to a Part P scheme that allows individuals to test, inspect & certify new installations (Domestic single phase only)
